Richard Webb - Director

Richard Webb

Richard has had extensive and successful experience in both Management Consulting and as an Executive Director and CEO of a number of large and competitive organizations. HBA, GMH, Fonterra, Northern Territory Health, Benchmark Mutual Hospital Group, Canterbury Health, RDNS, World Vision, Allianz Insurance are some of the major Companies that Richard has helped.

As Managing Director for Jade Australia and New Zealand for three years he drove considerable expansion and the installation of business processes not normally associated with IT Companies. He brought a Senior Management perspective to many major clients and their projects.


Darrell Campbell - Director, Systems Architect

Darrell Campbell

Darrell is the Systems Architect for both the Jewel Reservation System and the Jewel Integrated Booking System.

Darrell has been involved in the design, development and management of Corporate Database Systems since 1994 and has completed a number of large scale projects in the travel, energy, finance, insurance and B2B e-commerce industries.


Peter Giles - JRS Product Manager

Peter Giles

Peter had four years experience with the Jewel Reservation System as its Systems Administrator, with Captain Cook Cruises in Perth, before joining JBS in January 2009.

Peter is the first line of support for the JRS and is responsible for the Development Schedule, Installation, Configuration, Testing and Training.


Benn Masters - JIBS Product Manager

Benn Masters

Benn has worked in various IT roles within the financial services, government and e-commerce sectors. He has a deep understanding of end-to-end software delivery from architecture and design through to development and implementation, having worked on a number of very large scale systems in Australia and the UK.

Benn joined JBS in 2011 and is responsible for the design, development and support of the JIBS system.


Matt Harris - Project Management / Customer Support

Matt Harris

Matt joined JBS in December 2011 from Allied Telesis Labs in New Zealand. He has been project managing software development since 2006 for clients in Europe, the Americas, Japan and Asia-Pacific, using both traditional and Agile project management frameworks.

Training customers in new systems and supporting them once deployed formed part of Matt's responsibilities. He also has extensive software development experience in telecommunications systems, plus JADE development experience in 1997.


Ellen Wu - Senior Developer, Systems Management

Ellen Wu

Ellen joined JBS in July 2006 from Heale Financial Ltd in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Ellen has eight years JADE experience and is responsible for Support and Systems Management of the Jewel Reservation System.


Ben Ng - Senior Developer, Special Projects, Website Developer

Ben Ng

Ben joined JBS in June 2008. He has eight years JADE experience including time in the UK with Skipton Building Society and in Australia with Star Business Solutions, resellers of the Greentree Financial and Business Management Software.

Ben is responsible for Special Projects including PDAs, Tablets PCs, Websites, Vehicle Maintenance, Charter and Rostering.


Emmanuel Cardakaris - Senior Developer, ASPX & .Net

Emmanuel Cardakaris

Emmanuel joined JBS in May 2007 from Jade Australia. He has over 20 years experience in delivering database, client server and more recently web based solutions to Financial, Health Care, Telecommunications and Travel industries.

Emmanuel brings specialist skills to JBS with JADE, aspx and .net development skills. He is primarily responsible for the development of the JRS website booking engine and supporting one of our largest clients with 140+ users.


Tamara Johnson - JRS Support

Tamara Dore

Tamara joined JBS in July 2006, from Gray Line Australia, as the Product Manager for the Jewel Reservation System.

In 2009 Tamara left her Full Time position to start a family but continues to work for JBS on a Part Time basis.
