Tickets

The JRS supports fast printing, low cost Tickets on Thermal Receipt Paper Tickets include a Boarding Copy, Customer Copy plus multiple sections for Advertisements and Vouchers Tickets sent out on the Pickup Runs can significantly reduce queueing and processing at the Dispatch Points. The Thermal Receipt Printers are the simpliest on the Market with drop loading making them easier to load paper than putting film in a 35mm camera.

Manifests

• Single sheet Manifests handle Code Share, Pickups, Dropoffs and overnight stays.
  
• Manifests scenarios include -
  a) Depart and return on the Same Day on the same Coach.
  b) Depart on coach A and Dropoff, Pickup and return on Coach B.
  c) Depart on coach A and Dropoff for overnight stay, Pickup and return on Coach A on tomorrows Manifest.
  d) Other multi-leg, multi overnight scenarios.

Service Rendered Vouchers (SRVs)

• Also known as Purchase Orders, these documents are automatically created, significantly reducing the back office preparation of paperwork and increasing accuracy.
